無法啟動Installer服務

問：我使用的是Windows 2000系統，現在安裝軟件、卸載軟件都沒法執行，提示說找不到指定的路徑，所有使用Installer安裝的程序，均不能正常安裝，提示：“不能訪問Windows Installer 服務。可能你在安全模式下運行 Windows，或者Windows Installer沒有正確安裝。”我在“服務”中選中Installer服務，但無法啟動，請問我該怎麼辦？

　　答：首先在“運行”中輸入“msiexec /unregserver”，停止Windows Installer服務；下載InstMsiW.exe，用WinRAR解壓至設定的目錄中(下載地址http://download.mic rosoft.com/download/WindowsInstaller/Install/2.0/NT45/EN-US/InstMsiW.exe)；進入目錄，右鍵點擊msi.inf，選“安裝”，右鍵點擊mspatcha.inf，選“安裝”；最後在“運行”中輸入“msiexec /regserver”啟用服務即可。
