解決震蕩波補丁引起的Oracle不能啟動

　　步驟
　　(斷開網絡)執行RavSasserexe （瑞星網站提供下載）如果發現有清除文件失敗請手工刪除
　　執行windowskbxchsexe （微軟網站提供）
　　在服務器上c盤建立目錄 oraclestartup
　　在oraclestartup 目錄下拷貝ravsasserexe和新建oraclestartupcmd
　　內容如下
　　c:\oraclestartup\ravsasserexe
　　sleep
　　net start OracleServicehbyzdb
　　SET ORACLE_SID=hbyzdb
　　svrmgrl @C:\OracleStartup\OracleStartupsql
　　sleep
　　EXIT
　　　
　　在c:\oraclestartup下新建文件oraclestartupsql
　　　
　　內容如下　
　　connect internal/oracle
　　startup PFILE=d:\oracle\admin\hbyzdb\pfile\initora
　　　
　　安裝firedaemon 軟件　
　　執行 c:\Formida\Fire\mx\i\win\bin\FireDaemonexe i ravd c:\oraclestartup c:\oraclestartup\oraclestartupcmd /u/h
　　　
　　以上第六步是指firedaemon 安裝在 c 盤 \formida 下
　　　
　　執行 net start ravd　
　　　
　　更改系統服務 firedaemon services:ravd 為自動
