ORACLE在HP-UX下的系列問題處理(8)

　　IT/O: ora TNS 無法與目標 opc連接
　　問題描述
　　我正在從Oracle 升級為 Oracle 當我試圖啟動ovoacomm時出現下面的錯誤:
　　ora TNS Unable to connect to destination opc
　　could not connect to ov_net opc
　　connect to database failed opc
　　為什麼會出現這些錯誤?

　　解決方法
　　
　　出現這些錯誤是因為 收聽程序沒有運行
　　
　　執行下面的步驟以啟動收聽程序:
　　 su oracle
　　 cd $ORACLE_HOME/bin
　　 /lsnrctl start
　　 運行 opcdbpwd確認IT/O 和 Oracle為opc_op用戶設置了相同的口令
　　 ovstart ovoacomm

　　I am upgrading from Oracle to Oracle I get the following
　　errors when I attempt to start ovoacomm:
　　ora TNS Unable to connect to destination opc
　　could not connect to ov_net opc
　　connect to database failed opc
　　Why am I getting these errors?

　　You are getting these errors because the listener is not running
　　Perform the following steps to start the listener:
　　 su oracle
　　 cd $ORACLE_HOME/bin
　　 /lsnrctl start
　　 Run opcdbpwd to verify that IT/O and Oracle set the same password for the opc_op user
　　 ovstart ovoacomm
