DB 要求源代碼頁與目標代碼頁是互相兼容的 在上邊的例子中源代碼頁為與目標代碼頁為不兼容導致了數據庫連接失敗
解決方法如下
在發出db connect 命令失敗的機器上在DB 命令窗口中執行如下命令後重新進行連接:

dbset dbcodepage= –I instance_name
db terminate
